1. Overview

This website is operated by POPPO ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting trypoppo.com or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate and complete information at checkout and to keep your account details secure.

3. Products

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colors may look different depending on your screen, and results from cosmetics vary from person to person. Please read the ingredient list before use, patch test on a small area of skin, and stop using the product if irritation occurs. Our products are cosmetics and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices, offers and product availability at any time without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you. Payment is processed securely at checkout, and you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

5. Orders

Your order confirmation email is not an acceptance of your order. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example when stock is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

6. Discounts and promotions

Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated conditions, may be limited to one per customer, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time. Only one discount can usually be applied per order unless stated otherwise.

7. Shipping and refunds

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy and refunds in our Refund Policy, including our 45-day money-back guarantee.

8. Reviews and content you submit

If you submit reviews, photos, comments or other content, you confirm it is your own, truthful and lawful, and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display and share it in connection with our store and marketing. We may remove content at our discretion.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the POPPO name and logo, text, images and design, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

10. Prohibited use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, to submit false information, or to buy products for unauthorized resale.

11. Third-party services

The site is hosted by Shopify and may link to or use third-party tools and services. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services, which are governed by their own terms.

12. Disclaimer

Except as stated in these Terms and as required by law, the site and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, POPPO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold POPPO harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be handled by the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
